How We Differ from TNC companies?

The main difference is our approach to drivers and customers—we prioritize a different level of respect and service, and we expect the same from you.


Main Rules:

If you accept the ride you must perform it.
No acceptance rate - you can skip all the rides you don't won't to fulfil with no harm to your profile.

 
There is no need to click accept immediately as the ride appears,our dispatch algorithms works different way.

You will be given 30 seconds to read all the ride requirements.

arefully specify any additional services you are willing to provide to your customers.

You will not receive ride requests from guests whose ride preferences do not match your work preferences.

Therefore, it is especially important to set your preferences accurately and ensure high-quality execution tailored to guest needs.

Read all the comments before you accept the ride.

Below, we will outline our expectations and standards for each category.



Zero tolerance for DUI or fraud activity against the platform or guests. These violations will result in a permanent account deactivation​.

Karaoke


Guest expectations:

An iPad is installed in the vehicle, allowing the user to control the music. The karaoke speaker and microphones are charged and ready to use.

Press the orange button to purchase the officially approved kit and activate this feature for your driver account — and start receiving ride requests from users who selected this option in their ride preferences

Premium water


Guest expectations:

The specified number of water bottles, as indicated in the order details,will be placed in a visible spot inside the vehicle.
Please note that we charge the user for each bottle and transfer the full amount to you.

This ensures you are not at a loss on shorter trips with a high quantity of bottled water.

Recommended brands:
Fiji, Voss, Evian, Perrier, Acqua Panna, S.Pellegrino, Mountain Valley Spring Water.

Driver will open the door


Guest expectations:

The chauffeur will stand by the rear right door to greet the passenger upon arrival and will courteously offer and open the door for the passenger upon drop-off.

Luggage assistance


Guest expectations:

Open the trunk and assist the guest in safely and securely loading their luggage. Be mindful of how the bags are arranged to prevent them from falling when the trunk is opened at drop-off. At the end of the trip, please help the guest take their luggage out of the trunk.

Professional attire

Dark-colored business suit (preferably black), a plain white dress shirt (no patterns), a tie, and classic formal shoes.

If you are missing any of these elements, please set your dress code as Refined.

Guest expectations:
 

Smart Casual / Business Casual / Professional attire


A clean, polished, and professional appearance that exceeds typical ride-share standards but is slightly more relaxed than a standard limousine chauffeur uniform.

 

Acceptable attire includes:

  • A collared dress shirt (solid or subtle patterns)

  • Dark-colored trousers or chinos 

  • Clean, closed-toe dress shoes or leather loafers

  • Optional blazer or sweater

  • Neat grooming and overall tidy look

Not acceptable: Shorts & sportswear, open-toed shoes.

This dress code conveys professionalism and reliability while allowing for some flexibility.

If you wear a business suit, please make sure to keep this option enabled as well.

Silent ride


Guest expectations:

The radio in the vehicle is turned off, and the chauffeur’s phone is set to silent mode.

Airport Meet & Greet


Guest expectations:

The chauffeur is waiting in the international arrivals area or at the baggage claim for domestic flights, holding a sign with the guest’s name.
